At The Nut Case, we strive to ensure every customer enjoys our treats, but we understand that things don’t always go as planned. Please read through our refund policy carefully:
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for orders that were incorrectly processed or items that arrived damaged. If you believe your product falls into this category, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been opened, consumed, or were not stored properly after delivery.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please DM us at thenut.case9 or email us at info@thenutcase.me with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if your product is damaged or incorrect, we will happily issue a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order is approved for a refund, only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded.
